The staff attended to my special requests quickly.
The location was in the middle of the jungle, which led to countless mosquito bites. We also discovered mold in the kitchen despite airing it out daily. Additionally, we faced issues with inconsistent hot water during our stay, which was inconvenient.

The unique jungle treehouse vibe was captivating, enhanced by a soothing signature scent that permeated the entire property. Dining was exceptional, especially the hand-made pasta, which was a highlight of our meals. Unfortunately, the location did come with its challenges, such as the risk of mosquito bites, and there were a few inconsistent moments with hot water in our apartment. Additionally, the shuttle service had limited options and didn’t cover all the spots we wanted to visit.

Family with children dream getaway
From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty, bringing a cold drink in hand while we checked in. I had a fantastic massage in the spa and they even customized the oils to my liking, I could feel every worry melting away.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but it was still reasonable for the experience.

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed renting bikes to explore nearby cenotes and a beautiful beach, making the most of our stay. The staff was super friendly, and we loved the gorgeous apartments and the food at the restaurant was impressive.
One downside was the shuttle service. it only took us to select clubs and not the places we wanted to visit. This made getting around a bit tricky without a car.
